02Who is Hashmi
A builder learning the language of markets.
Hashmi is a 19-year-old from Navi Mumbai, India — a second-year Bachelor of Accounting and Finance student who moves between two worlds without treating them as separate. The first is the world of markets: ledgers, certificates, the slow apprenticeship of NISM and CFA Level 1. The second is the world of systems: AI tools, automation and infrastructure that he builds himself, for himself, before anyone asks him to.
By day, Hashmi works at TaskUs as a Teammate on Uber Chat Support (EMEA) — real customers, real pressure and the kind of written discipline that only operational work teaches. By night, he is assembling the Hashmi OS ecosystem: a personal layer of AI systems — ATLAS, Zaffar, Kaya, Imran — and finance infrastructure that turns study into practice.
This website is not a highlight reel. It is the documentation of a deliberate transition — from operations into finance, from tools user to systems builder. Everything here is stated honestly: ambitions are labeled ambitions, work is labeled work, and empty spaces stay empty until reality fills them.
